Align all scalar numbers to LLVM_YAML_IS_FLOW_SEQUENCE_VECTOR Otherwise, yamlize in YAMLTraits.h might be wrongly defined. This makes some AMDGPU tests fail when LLVM_LINK_LLVM_DYLIB is set.
