[ShrinkWrap] Make sure we do not mess up with EH funclet lowering. ShrinkWrapping does not understand exception handling constraints for now, so make sure we do not mess with them by aborting on functions that use EH funclets. git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/llvm/trunk@252917 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
