Use the final .version number for LLVM_MINOR_VERSION in Apple llvmCore builds. We've switched to a 3-component version numbering scheme for Apple releases, and with this scheme, the final number is the one most relevant for setting LLVM_MINOR_VERSION. <rdar://problem/12071459> git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/llvm/trunk@161645 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
