Reland "[llvm-objcopy] Add support for .dynamic, .dynsym, and .dynstr" I did not upload two binaries that I reference in tests. This change adds support for sections involved in dynamic loading such as SHT_DYNAMIC, SHT_DYNSYM, and allocated string tables.
