IR: Return unique_ptr from MDNode::getTemporary() Change `MDTuple::getTemporary()` and `MDLocation::getTemporary()` to return (effectively) `std::unique_ptr<T, MDNode::deleteTemporary>`, and clean up call sites. (For now, `DIBuilder` call sites just call `release()` immediately.)
