dashplayer: Fix for indefinite freeze for video only dash session
Fix issue for video-only dash clip where available bandwidth is less
than the required bandwidth in which case session freezes as all video
frames are dropped. Issue was caused by syncing video frames against
incorrect timestamp when recoverring for underrun in video-only case.
Fixes CR 669844.
