mm-video: venc: convert slice size to bytes for video slice setting When OMX client sets the slice size, it is set in bits and video hardware expects this in bytes. Because of this incorrect value, huge slice sizes are seen. CRs Fixed:552471 Change-Id: Ie662931ba6e8acea14ad7b2a746ba6e52ccc5343
