Respect the result type during constant folding.
Previously, expressions like `(1.0 + myConstHalfVar)` would create a
FloatLiteral node of type `$floatLiteral`, instead of `half`. This could
cause an assertion if the IRNode containing that FloatLiteral value was
strict about types.
