Test all YUVA image factories with different encoded origins.
Now that SkImage_GpuYUVA stores a GrYUVATextureProxies it supports
encoded origins.
Modify wacky_yuv_format GMs to use different origins and remove
restriction in SkImage::MakeFromYUVAPixmaps.
