Allow copying an Index8 bitmap when srcConfig and dstConfig are both Index8. Also, change the logic of SkBitmap.copyTo() to do memcpy() if srcConfig and dstConfig are the same. git-svn-id: http://skia.googlecode.com/svn/trunk@164 2bbb7eff-a529-9590-31e7-b0007b416f81
