AAudio AudioStreamLegacy: refine handling of AudioTrack teardown Do not systematically request a stream disconnect upon EVENT_NEW_IAUDIOTRACK received AudioTrack but only if the new audio Track properties have changed in such a way that the initial contract is broken.
