aaudio: only use MMAP for low latency perf mode This is a quick workaround that just disables MMAP mode unless performance mode is LOW_LATENCY. Bug: 63176221 Test: use write_sine and change performance mode Change-Id: Ic17ad45366d51d86fb4801c84ada4f6f82b5ff98
