Enabling fsanitize unsigned-integer-overflow in AMR-NB codecs Enables fsanitize unsigned integer overflow in the AMR-NB codecs and disables integer sanitization for the Chebps, sub, and Syn_filt functions which contain controlled integer overflow conditions.
