CCodec: reflect output format change after configure. In https://developer.android.com/reference/android/media/MediaCodec#getOutputFormat() public MediaFormat getOutputFormat () You can also call this after configure(MediaFormat, Surface, MediaCrypto, int) returns successfully to get the output format initially configured for the codec.
