Enable integer sanitizer in libmediapleyrservice. This turns on unsigned and signed integer overflow sanitization in libmediaplayerservice. Bug: 67010565 Test: Ran CtsMediaTestCases, device boots. Change-Id: I86b5726bd5c6ca7add0eafa11890e1a35d27563b
