aaudio: restore _get and _setSamplesPerFrame()
This restores some deprecated functions that some released apps
were calling. Restored:
AAudioStreamBuilder_setSamplesPerFrame()
AAudioStream_getSamplesPerFrame()

Test: put GStomper in AAudio mode using its Settings on Marlin
