Apply correct memory trim levels for processes in LRU list The lesser used processes should get higher memory trim level. Also added an adb command "am memory-factor" to help the test. Bug: 170401187 Test: atest CtsAppTestCases:ActivityManagerTest Change-Id: I373997d3710a784229d43e22525905c08fafccd4
