Add CarrierConfig to displaying HD audio indicator for GSM/CDMA calls This causes UI to display HD audio indicator even in GSM/CDMA calls. This feature is necessary to fulfill some carriers requirement. Test: manual - Checked that HD audio indicator for GSM/CDMA calls can be controlled by carrier config.
