Mechanical refactoring to new XML resolvers. Related changes are introducing new TypedXmlSerializer and TypedXmlPullParser interfaces which offer efficient access to primitive attributes. This change is a purely mechanical refactoring to prepare for upcoming data format shifts, and has no behavior changes.
