Add permission BIND_TV_AD_SERVICE Similar to existing permissions BIND_TV_INPUT and BIND_TV_INTERACTIVE_APP, in the manifest declaration, specifying the BIND_TV_AD_SERVICE permission to allow the service to connect the TV AD service to the system.
