Handle <span>, <ul>, and <li> tags in fromHtml() The vertical spacing of <ul> and <li> are determined by the FROM_HTML_SEPARATOR_* flags. Foreground color, background color, and text-decoration CSS attributes are parsed and converted into the corresponding spans. Change-Id: I93b232de15753ae510392cbacf45e7453d1ae067
