Clarify method names and improve debug Change LocationTime.getTime() -> getUnixEpochMillis() for clarity. Add LocationTime.toString() to improve log messages involving LocationTime. Test: build only Bug: 236611620 Change-Id: I6f33bec6288c67e18a2008a735e88a8981186183
