Update side-fps affordance to account for changes in device rotation,
and derive params from sensorProps and WindowManager
Configures side-fps affordance to account for device rotations in
unfolded state (0, 90 and 270), and to derive coordinates from
sensorProps (sensorProps is overridden to hold the hard-coded values,
but the override will be removed when the values are correctly set in
sensorProps by the HAL). Also turns the affordance into a rounded
rectangle
Test: Observe indicator behavior during fingerprint enrollment
