Wake up animation polish NSSL should have rounded corners when waking up. Clipping should not only be rectangular, it's necessary to clip to an outline with the correct radius. Fixes: 129079135 Test: wake up with and without AOD Change-Id: I7a2c132e09b22bab0b58f9f1d5d4de3dd0098a8c
