[Battery] Update battery fill colors and fill clip

When there is any foreground attribution, this changes the fill to have
no opacity and to use a softer color so that there is still enough
contrast with the foreground.

This change also corrects an incorrect definition for the clip-path
around the battery fill. It was designed to be 0.25dp, but it should
have been 0.5dp.
