Fix log upon CEC HAL crash HdmiLogger automatically adds a tag. This usage of TAG prevents the actual log message from being printed. Also fix a typo in the log. Bug: 167481862 Test: n/a Change-Id: I9cdb98bda0a0a38720434a80eb62cc4d36e53e3a
