Small clean up of dismiss / removal of bubbles * Removal of bubbles should go through BubbleController, a11y action was not & this fixes that * BubbleStackView#dismissBubble -> updates the state of the entry; no longer does view stuff Test: atest BubbleControllerTest (existing tests pass) Change-Id: I4fd0ef7c974e19ec3cda98e90964d32b83e4a8dc
