Check calling package against uid This change makes sure that only the calling package sent over to the system service is not spoofed and belongs to the calleing uid retrieved from the Binder. Test: built locally Bug: 268225753 Change-Id: I2b904e2534afe0946fd97c655b2049eac84419a3
