Stop closing maximize menu when view inside maximize menu is exited Updates onHover maximize menu logic so that the menu only closes if the maximize menu or the maximize window button are completely exited. Bug: 327677202 Test: Manual Testing Change-Id: I95485a3bd9579539765cde274a324404bafd8e13
