TextView/LinkMovementMethod/ClickableSpan - touch up revert Reverts the change which adds a gesture detector in TextView for detecting clicks on ClickableSpans. A click is considered MotionEvent.ACTION_UP. Revert needed because the singleTapUp refactoring has a potential to break existing apps.
