Renames nanoapp instance IDs to handles in ContextHubService Use handles to refer to nanoapp instances at the service to be consistent with the terminology at NanoAppInstanceInfo, and to reduce confusion with other instance IDs (e.g. ones maintained in the CHRE implementation).
