Remove LOCATION_PROVIDERS_ALLOWED reads Remove all reads of LOCATION_PROVIDERS_ALLOWED as part of deprecating the field. Field will still be updated for legacy clients, but any writes into the field by clients will no longer be respected by LocationManagerService.
