Change order of isVisible and setVisibility Check isVisible() before setVisiblity() so that the log line about the wallpaper getting hidden has a chance to run. Experimentally it never runs before this patch. Flag: EXEMPT major refactor Change-Id: I073855aa9194e755984ac91ccd6cd00aa0284ccb
