Ignore the dp limitation on config_forceDefaultOrientation in a car. Since you can't physically rotate the screen in a car, it's more important that we honor the forceDefaultOrientation restriction. Test: See bug for manual testing. Bug: 25267450 Change-Id: I644232007afef234de91003b6a63e4ca5b000c5e
