Implementing lockUser Allow TrustAgents to request that TrustManagerService lock the user and revoke trust and trustable status. This can be used to provide user facing controls to lock the phone from a connected wearable. Bug: 213631677 Test: prototype Change-Id: I719584cce5d5c57d2c41de9f7c26ce9609a981f9
