Fix aosp partial screenshot For some reason the SurfaceControl native crop seems not working as expected. It could even be a stupid easy fix, but till we catch it let's convert a full display size hw bitmap onto a cropped software bitamp Change-Id: If1d1a67db197084a7e83020f1ee347fb8672451c
