Apply Graph Optimizer to QS Container ContraintLayout measures NSSL twice because it is match contraint. As QS Container is not complex ConstraintLayout, Graph optimizer help us reduce NSSL onMeasure from 2 to 1. Bug: 298975758 Test: perfetto Change-Id: If35e40d01bf81a9d49a99406464b68d983ab9f2d
