[NAN] Modify arguments from "array, length" to "array" Arrays carry their own lengths. There's no need to provide mechanism to 'shave' the array - could be done explicitly by caller if needed. Bug: 29617160 Change-Id: Ib135aa04145f400163cd1a8908dfca4590b4480d
