Add log when acquiring and releasing wakelock. This is so that we can add a CTS test which asserts through logcat inspection that backup and restore operations acquire and release wakelock in the expected manner. Change-Id: I1a73bd674c22ad7f0f37aba100aee819abe9f4d2
