Using screen dimensions to calculate the expanded PagedView dimensions. - Disallowing taps/interaction outside of the viewport (Bug 7459448) - Fixing regression in incorrect pivot for Camera page - Fixing issue where the bouncer was both scaling and shrinking widget pages.
