Allow expanding snooze panel after a11y action.
Previously, if you selected an a11y action (like 15 min, 30 min etc) via
TalkBack for snoozing a notification, you couldn't double tap again to
expand the snooze options panel unless you moved focus to something else
and then back. This is fixed by explicitly telling talkback to focus on
the right view.

Test: select a11y action, and verify that double tap expands the snooze
options
