SurfaceView: Clean up synchronized changes with applyTransactionOnVriDraw Replace existing synchronization logic with calls to ViewRootImpl#applyTransactionOnDraw. There is no functional change. Test: presubmit Bug: 217973491 Change-Id: I3b1416c2889d2c3b5c3833ffab4e28a9e0eb5d76
