Make more methods in IMMS multi-user aware With this CL the following IMMS methods become multi-user aware. * chooseNewDefaultIMELocked * resetSelectedInputMethodAndSubtypeLocked * updateDefaultVoiceImeIfNeededLocked * setInputMethodEnabledLocked This is a mechanical refactoring CL.
