base: OmniSwitch: add hook to handle multi window dock events better we dont want to show recents like on AOSP but always try to restore the home stack so add a new broadcast that is active if OmniSwitch as default recents is activated AICPfy: - adapted to our base by moving declarations and logic to AicpUtils Change-Id: Idc70a23123d7dcee50bffec724ae23e699466c95
