Fix missing invocation of HdmiControlStatusListener HdmiControlStatusListener is invoked with incorrect values and not updated when DevicePowerStatusAction returns a result. This has an effect of listeners receiving incorrect values. In addition this impacts volume control behaviors via CEC.
