Enable easier burn in testing

- postInvalidate on the UdfpsAnimationView instead of its parent so that
it will appropriately re-draw on AoD for burn-in
- enable a way for all burn-in elements to update location based on time
changes
- update burn in offset for udfps so it moves 21 px left/right/up/down
