transcoding: Rework MediaTranscodeManager test. 1. Remove MediaTranscodeManagerWithMockServiceTest and move all the tests to MediaTranscodeManagerTest. 2. Move the service died test in MediaTranscodeManagerTest into a seperate ServiceDied test as it affect the normal test when killing the service.
