Allow dumping all dumpables that match a given suffix. This makes it possible to dump all instances of the same class, as long as they are registered with different prefixes. Flag: NA Test: dumpsysui -a Log Change-Id: I4ea82f1b452fc27f7489750281f56fb9a249ccbb
