Turn off device_idle_alarms logging The logging is causing a NullPointerException. Turning off temporarily while it can be fixed. Test: Manual inspection of the output of `adb shell dumpsys alarm` Fixes: 178687870 Change-Id: I5455a9c61769cb9da1ce58de5d9a038e29d8231d
