Use new enableDesktopWindowingEnterTransitions flag Enable enter-transitions either when the flag - enableDesktopWindowingTransitions, or the flag - enableDesktopWindowingEnterTransitions is enabled. Use the DesktopModeFlags field for enableDesktopWindowingEnterTransitions.
